Adelia Nazyrova

Adelia Nazyrova is a New York–based ballet and contemporary dancer originally from Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. She received her formal training at the Kazan Choreographic School under O.A. Borodina and further refined her craft through an internship at the prestigious Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet. In 2019, she expanded her artistic range with summer intensives in Italy and Barcelona, focusing on the Gaga technique.

Adelia’s professional career includes performances with the Kremlin Ballet Theater in Moscow, where she appeared in a diverse classical repertoire, including The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Giselle, and Don Quixote. Since 2018, she has been a ballet artist with the Moscow Academic Musical Theater named after K.S. Stanislavsky and V.I. Nemirovich-Danchenko. More recently, she performed internationally with the World Ballet Company from 2023 to 2025.

Her dance language bridges classical ballet and contemporary movement, with particular emphasis on Gaga technique and the works of Sharon Eyal and Ohad Naharin. In 2018, she was recognized at the All-Russian Competition of Ballet Dancers and Choreographers in the modern dance category.
